Miracle Kerr is the founder and director of Miracle Management, a trailblazing talent agency launched in 2016 to reshape and diversify Toronto's entertainment landscape. A Carleton University alumna with a background in communications and psychology, Kerr combined academic knowledge with industry experience to address the systemic lack of diverse representation in media.

As a proud Filipinx-Canadian, Kerr was driven by the urgent need for authentic diasporic narratives in mainstream media. Through Miracle Management, she has championed racialized and marginalized talent, creating a platform that nurtures the next generation of creatives and amplifies stories that reflect the full spectrum of human experience.

Under her leadership, Miracle Management has flourished, placing talent in acclaimed projects such as The Next Step, The OFFICE movers, Law & Order Toronto: Criminal Intent, Rachel Morrison’s directorial debut Flint Strong, and Colman Domingo’s Netflix thriller The Madness. Her agency has also worked on high-impact music videos including the 2021 JUNO Award-winning “No One’s In The Room” by Jessie Reyez, the billion-view hit “Adicto” by Tainy, Anuel AA, and Ozuna, and “Stayin’ Alive” by DJ Khaled, Drake, and Lil Baby. Commercial clients include global giants such as Apple, Nike, Amazon, and Bentley.

In addition to her industry accomplishments, Kerr is a respected mentor and speaker, frequently invited to share her expertise and insights at institutions and organizations committed to creative innovation. She currently serves as a board member of the Vaughan International Music Festival, further extending her commitment to uplifting diverse voices and shaping the cultural landscape.

Kerr’s work reflects relentless ambition, visionary leadership, and a deep commitment to inclusion, making her a dynamic force in Canadian entertainment and beyond.
